Joe

Joe is a fitness coach whose coaching ethos is to make exercise both enjoyable and rewarding. He works with his clients to make sure they get the most out of every session. He has over 6 years of industry experience and has worked with a wide variety of clients of different ages and abilities with a vast array of needs and goals.

Jackson

Jackson has been coaching for over 18 months and studies sports nutrition at the University of Brighton. He's a sporting enthusiast with playing history in both rugby and boxing. He enjoys pushing his clients to reach their personal goals no matter how big or small.

Marcus

Marcus has been personal training for over 6 years. He recently graduated from the University of Brighton after studying sports and exercise science, widening his knowledge on the human body further. His goal is simple; to ensure clients are enjoying their sessions which will infinitely lead to consistent training and great results!

Lindsey

Lindsey has been personal training for over 15 years! She has an extensive range of knowledge and additional qualifications such as; management in lower back pain, GP referral, suspension training, kettlebell master training plus many many more! whatever your fitness goal, Lindsey will certainly be able to assist you.
